We are a Mission's-minded church. We currently support missionaries in Mexico, Latin America, Eurasia, and South Asia as well as local ministries. We have at least one Mission's work camp a year as well as various opportunities offered through the Missionaries.

Part of our pledge as we strive to obey God's word is to "Connect with people where they live". This requires that we reach outside the walls of our building and bring people into the family of God. We have hosted luncheons for school staffs and nursing home residents, presented musicals in Shreveport parks, caroled at homes in our neighborhoods and passed out Jesus beads that depict the plan of salvation. We also annually host an Easter Eggstravaganza, Fall Festival and Vacation Bible School.

Our C.O.O.L. Ladies meet every Monday for a time of prayer and devotion. They then go out to visit and deliver service DVD's to those that are home-bound or in the hospitals and nursing homes. |

The M.I.G.S. meet every Tuesday for a time of prayer and then go visit those that are home-bound or in hospitals or nursing homes. They host the devotional at Garden Park Nursing Home on the first Tuesday of every month. |
